Lauraimes Five Favourites is all about things that I like, and things I think you might enjoy to read, watch or click. Music, tech-things, everything involving words (from books to fountain pens and journals), series, shows and people from the telly, films (and bloopers!), deliciousness and just random things. It's about the fun of writing and getting everything out of such an interactive medium as the internet. That means: lots of YouTube-videos, images and clicking to other marvellous sites, products. Everything will be done in a top five: today's will consist of this blog and four other brand new things.

Brand new season of blood spatters
You either love or hate characters. But have you ever loved and hated one character at the same time? Felt empathy, because it actually makes sense that he does horrible things? If so, you probably know Dexter already. When you don't, I should warn you for it is highly addictive, and there are already five seasons. Showtime released just three weeks ago the sixth season in the United States. We Dutchies have to wait for it, which is even harder when you've watched this teaser…
If you love cats, you have to see this. Simon Tofield draws his cats and he has a brand new kitten, book and video! Really, this is too cute to skip.
A new year is coming up and I needed a new day planner. I ordered one that would start in July 2011 - December 2012. But I just didn't come. The store was so angry that they offered me to just pick one for free, yet I could only pick from December 2011 - 2012 planners. This pretty baby just caught my eye and I couldn't let go of it anymore (you should see it in sunlight - all those refined shimmers!). I just love it.
